Brothers Ryan and Shane Mcgrotty started REP Fitness in a modest 1,200-square-foot retail space with a two-car garage in Longmont, Colorado. They filled the space with a few pieces of equipment and stacked bumper plates to the ceiling in the closet. Though the shop was not a grand, flashy space, the brothers' goal was to provide an exceptional customer experience, offering high-quality gear they would use and love themselves.

REP Gives Back: Supporting Those Who Serve

REP's respect for those who protect our freedom and security has driven their desire to give back. In 2023, the company pledged $100,000 to three charities that support military and first responder families: the First Responders Children's Foundation, Folds of Honor, and the Gary Sinise Foundation.
